On Saturday 18th June, we entered two teams from RJS into the annual Rolls Royce Design Challenge event, held at our school. This years challenge was to design, build and test a catapult.

Parents, Year 2 and Year 3 were treated to a musical extravaganza! They were able to hear our Year 4 children playing their violins, cellos and the double bass. This video was part of the song 'Airport.'

Is your den waterproof?
6TA spent the afternoon building dens. Initially they didn't have the plastic sheeting so had to use the sticks and other natural resources they could find around the grounds of Lea Green. After a couple of hours, the dens were tested, in case there was a freak rainstorm. I don't think there was a dry child after the rain!
